Hey Central Oregon USASA, We hope you’re doing awesome! Things are in process for the winter season, we’ve met and have been talking with the mountains, and we’re hoping to have event dates by Nov. 1…woohoo! There’s a lot of things going on behind the scenes, and one we need your help with is that we’re looking for more sponsorship supporters so we can: 1.) Keep our event fees as affordable as possible, 2.) Do the necessary repairs + replacements with our series’ equipment and things, as well as 3.) Help us provide and offset the 5-10 event fee scholarships we give out at almost every competition.
We 💙 bringing people and supportive businesses onboard that believe in building into the youth, snow sports, the mountains, outdoors and the community!
As an almost 100% volunteer ran nonprofit (we pay our certified judges), it’s a nice write-off for tax purposes. We do look for both funds and/or product, but this time of year we’re needing some funds. We have various levels of sponsorship from $500-$7,500, and everything in between, so there’s sure to be one that will fit the budget and needs.
We have a sponsorship packet that we can send if you want to make a warm intro for us, and let us know the contact and their info pretty please. We reach between 300k-500k on our social media, Team App, emails, texts, Zoom calls, and on-hill advertising on the mountains at our events (depending on the level) and local shops. So put on that thinking cap, make some calls and texts for/with us, then let us know their info so we can check into it…it’s for a great cause of course!
Speaking of, join us in welcoming Between Evergreens to the area, and as our newest sponsorship partner, giving USASA members a 20% discount on their premiere snowboard + ski waxing and tune-up services. They’re also mobile and can come to you locally! ☃️

BTW, if you have any good, cool shots (video or photo), please send them our way so we can use them on our social media. We have a lot of big and small companies that interact with us, plus our sponsors look and see what we’re doing, how we’re promoting, and this is one of the reasons we have some of the best swag giveaways at our events! 🙌🏽
