Team App is a mobile app that will make communicating important updates and series information convenient and effective. Please be sure to add your email and cell phone, as well as a note to give us background to accept your request to join so you too can get important updates and notifications we'll be sending out...especially day-of event reminders as well as info where weather may delay start times or competitions, etc. Thank you once again for participating and supporting the Central Oregon USASA...it's all about fun, fair, progressive snowboarding and freeski competitions for all ages and stages of riding, including adaptive!

Wow, what an awesome Central Oregon USASA season we had (although with the later start than normal this year since we were out of the country, it just went way too quick)! And today the Nationals invite process starts…so please read on, even if you’re not going to Nationals.
Here’s a few really important things regarding USASA Nationals:
1. ALL THINGS USASA NATIONALS: ALL information about USASA Nationals at Copper Mountain, CO is below in the links (dates, times, costs, discount codes, lodging, groups and quantities, locations, and 19+ pages of more). Please be patient as 100’s are trying to access the USASA website during this time too. 3. GET THE TEAM APP for NATIONALS + OUR CENTRAL OREGON USASA SERIES (these are two different Team App “teams” you’ll want for both our Regional Series communications AND the main USASA Nationals), that are solely for Nationals communications.
If you’re planning on going to Nationals and are from our series, you can search for “2024 National Championships” and ask to be added to that team.
Then, please also make sure you have either the “COUSASA Snowboard Nationals” and/or “COUSASA Freeski Nationals” groups under your Team App profile. How to check on this, or add it to your profile if you’re going to Nationals (also see Team App video for an example):
Simply open your mobile Team App and go to our “USASA Central Oregon” series. Then click on the settings gear icon on the top left, then click on Access Groups. Then click the appropriate access group(s) for our series National’s group that you want to join.
4. NATIONALS INVITES: Start TODAY March 15! Round 1 of invites will have 96 hrs to accept, the rest of the rounds will have 48 hrs. There will typically be multiple updates sent out notifying everyone, and we do our best to also keep everyone in the loop via Team App and social media (but don’t rely only on these). YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING YOUR USASA PROFILE + NATIONALS RANKINGS list on USASA’s website. Invites are not sent out via email. If/when you get an invite (it’ll be posted on USASA’s National Ranking page, as well as on your USASA Profile, with a hyperlink to accept or decline), PLEASE ACCEPT OR DECLINE (we hope you accept, but both are important to do to keep the process moving forward for everyone). Payment is due upon acceptance. If you click and decline your invite, this can’t be undone. If you’re our Regional Champion for your age group/discipline, you’ll get an invite earlier than most (see Regional Rankings to know who our champs are). Take Note: As of this year, 2nd place in our series under the Regional Champs only gets the invite via National Rankings if qualified…and no longer gets an early invite if our 1st place rider declines their invite.
5. QUALIFYING CRITERIA FOR OUR REGIONAL (SERIES) CHAMPS (our series only): Best 2 of 2 results for BXSX and Halfpipe, Best 2 of 3 for Slopestyle, and Best 3 of 4 for Rail Jam. (This is where it’s important to compete in our series’ events).
6. TEAM HOODIES have been ordered, and hopefully you didn’t miss out on this with the many updates and posts we did. We ordered a couple extras just in case…and those will be on a first-come, first-served basis (or let us know if your athlete can’t afford it IF they’re going to Nationals so we can help out.) These will be ready for pick up at a determined time in the near future, and prior to traveling to Nationals…so stay tuned! These are required for the National’s parades.
