WHO NEEDS TO CHECK IN BESIDES COMPETITORS? ALL media, coaches, judges and volunteers must check-in at USASA registration (esp. if they’re wanting access to be on course – which we limit for safety/liability reasons). You must also sign-in AND sign necessary waivers if not a current USASA Member/Coach/Judge/Official, AS WELL AS sign a mountain waiver (unless you have a current pass).
Our Rail Jam events will be located in the Events Arena (skier’s left or looker’s right) of the Pine Martin lift, and registration will be at the main lodge (West Village Lodge), usually downstairs in the Caldera area (look for signage), but sometimes upstairs…so keep up to date via our Facebook Events by clicking “Going.”
> EVENT COST: $30 online per event, $35 day-of (non-refundable), 9 & under & adaptive FREE! (Membership req’d & must be done online). If you’re trying to qualify for USASA Nationals from our series, you must do both comps per discipline to meet the criteria [best 2 of 3 for SS (Slopestyle), and best 2 of 3 for RJ (Rail Jam)].

> USASA MEMBERSHIP Req’d for all riders and is done ONLINE ONLY:
www.USASA.org (7 yrs old & under FREE. 8-9 yrs old $50. 10+ yrs old is $125 and covers the entire season, the opportunity to compete in other USASA comps, as well as USASA Nationals. 1 Day Memberships* are $35 and are done online and based upon limited availability.)
*TAKE NOTE: 18 yrs and older (and if turning 18 mid-season) must now go through SafeSport per new regulations by the USOC, so 1 day and day-of memberships are not available for these riders anymore. This also means you must renew membership and go through the new process sooner than later (we have had a couple athletes not be able to compete because of unforeseen things that surfaced that required additional paperwork, etc.). Thanks for adapting to these newer changes. (See below for additional details.)
> COMPETITION INFO: We’ll have practice/inspection, Rider’s Meeting, then go into our heats. These comps are a controlled Rail Jam format, and it’s overall impression that‘s judged. We drop riders in heats, and by Start List order, then it’s an open format, 1 at a time…for best judging.
> Mt. Bachelor WAIVERS are included when you register online for our events.
> DISCOUNTED LIFT TICKETS: Simply bring your USASA Bib to the ticket counter and you’ll get a “racer ticket” for $69.
